Overview
Bud Light U, Labatt’s campus ambassador program, paid students from invoices they edited themselves in a shared folder. I rebuilt the monthly cycle so the system generates every invoice from a central roster and only exceptions reach a person.
Result
Live since 1 September 2026. 108 receipts in the first month: 89 cleared automatically, and only 19 needed a person.
