Overview
An agency was adopting AI tools with no formal governance. Approvals happened over email and spend sat in spreadsheets. I designed and shipped the portal that routes every request, records every decision, and shows whether any of it is working.
Result
Live since June 2026. Median decision time fell 85%, from 6.0 days to 0.9 days (month 1 to month 3, tools already in the catalogue), and 334 decisions are on record where there were none.
