Overview
Most of the company already used AI, with no shared way to use it well. I wrote the required training: AI 101 gives everyone the same baseline, and AI 201 has each person redesign one real workflow around it.
Result
AI 101 is mandatory for every employee and every new hire, to keep access to the AI tools. AI 201 is built from team discovery data, so it teaches workflow redesign and not tool features.
